Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our production program portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the production portfolio to achieve 100% on-time delivery across all contract milestones
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success
  • Developing and implementing cost reduction and affordability initiatives to minimize costs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
  • Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control

This key role will be instrumental in driving our organization's objectives and ensuring the long-term success of our production programs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 4-6 years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within a factory, supply chain or equivalent
  • Experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management.
  • Excellent program/project management skills.
  • Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Previously affordability experience
  • Technical background

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
