About the Role

Druid Hills Golf Club is seeking an experienced Fitness Supervisor to oversee our fitness operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our members. In this role, you will lead a team of fitness professionals, manage the daily operations of the fitness center, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle among our members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the fitness staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling.
• Develop, implement, and monitor fitness programs and initiatives that promote member participation and engagement.
• Ensure that fitness equipment is well-maintained and safe for member use.
• Conduct regular assessments of the fitness program and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with club members.
• Lead fitness classes and personal training sessions as needed, ensuring high-quality instruction.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness supervision or management.
• Nationally recognized certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness instruction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise physiology, and program design.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
