Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the health, performance, and servicing of a cutting-edge fleet of autonomous vehicles.
In this role, you’ll be the central authority on fleet readiness—ensuring every vehicle operates safely, reliably, and at peak performance. From coordinating preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to leading large-scale service campaigns, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the fleet in top shape.

Lead and supervise service campaigns (recalls, part updates, system upgrades).
Oversee mechanical repairs both onsite and with partner service centers.
Maintain comprehensive fleet health records, ensuring every vehicle is current on inspections, software updates, and preventative maintenance.
Serve as the primary point of truth for vehicle operational status and readiness.
Collaborate with field teams, service technicians, and engineers to resolve technical issues quickly.
Develop and refine fleet health tracking systems for accuracy and timely reporting.
Support incident response including towing, recovery, and urgent repairs.
Proven experience managing large-scale fleets (corporate, taxi, rideshare, or bus operations).
Strong organizational skills—able to oversee dozens of vehicles simultaneously.
Solid mechanical aptitude and confidence coordinating repairs.
Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and accountable, with high ownership of fleet operations.
Excellent communication skills—comfortable serving as the central hub for updates.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Willingness to travel regularly between Austin and Dallas (company covers all travel).
