Omnichannel agent that can support live chat, email, SMS, and Social Media.
Base language is English, proficient in both verbal and written communications
Agents are available as well for administrative tasks
Agent profile: Voice only. Will be required to meet with clients via video meetings to troubleshoot issues
Uses Salesforce and RingCentral for CRM needs.
Important: Entra ID experience and a basic understanding of SQL scripts.

A welding and pressure design company. Works on oil refineries and tanks to make sure these vessels are up to code and offers software to engineers on site.
Receives around 280-300 inquiries a month.
