About the Role:

As a Salesperson or Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. Your goal will be to create an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Sales Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to drive conversions and meet targets; E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and team members.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns or operational issues.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with light social media marketing to promote products and engage customers online.


Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is required; furniture sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, outgoing, and a team player.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Organized, professional, and neatly groomed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and a basic understanding of social media marketing.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.


Compensation:

  • Salary based on qualifications.
  • Salary + Commissions + Bonuses.
