Job Opportunity: General Manager – Powersports Colorado Springs
We’re seeking a General Manager to lead our Colorado Springs location to new heights!
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations across all departments
Drive sales and service performance
Lead, train, and motivate department managers
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Develop annual goals and monitor profitability
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
Foster an energized, high-performing team environment
What You’ll Need:
2–4 years of management or sales leadership experience (Powersports or Auto preferred)
Strong understanding of dealership operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with CDK or Lightspeed systems a plus
