Graphic Design Specialist

Addis Enterprises is seeking a skilled graphic designer to create captivating and impactful design concepts for both print and digital platforms, with a specific focus on eLearning (online course development). The role involves using design software to craft layouts, illustrations, and typography that effectively convey brand messages and engage diverse target audiences across multiple client projects. For eLearning projects, the Graphic Design Specialist will interact with Addis Enterprises team members and external client partners to ensure that online courses achieve the desired learning outcomes, are aesthetically pleasing, and are within scope, resources, and timeline.

Full-time position. Salaries are competitive and calculated with an internal formula that gives credit to education level, years in the field, unique variety of skills, and other factors. Benefits include fully employer-paid platinum-level health insurance, 3% matched IRA, yearly revenue-sharing bonuses, education credits, generous PTO, and more. Position can be fully in-office, or a hybrid between office and work-from-home with flexible scheduling. Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time.
