Job Description

ABOUT ENDEAVOR

Endeavor is the leading global community of High-Impact Entrepreneurs in underserved markets. Present in 45 countries around the world, our 2,900+ entrepreneurs include over 80 unicorns who rely on Endeavor’s unparalleled network of peers and mentors to solve their toughest challenges. Portfolio companies include Checkout (UAE), Carsome (Malaysia), and Rappi (Colombia).

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As the Growth & Email Marketing Manager at Endeavor , you will spearhead our efforts to expand and engage a global community of readers, amplifying Endeavor’s mission as the leading worldwide network of high-impact entrepreneurs. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution – you will design data-driven growth campaigns, optimize our email newsletter funnel, and collaborate across teams to elevate Endeavor’s voice and reach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute the growth strategy for Endeavor’s global newsletter, setting ambitious subscriber targets.
  • Build, optimize, and send email campaigns using HubSpot, including audience segmentation and workflow automation.
  • Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to drive newsletter sign-ups through SEO, partnerships, and social media.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize the subscriber funnel—running A/B tests and leveraging analytics to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Report regularly on key metrics (subscriber growth, open rates, CTR, etc.), sharing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure all communications align with Endeavor’s mission and brand voice.

WHO WE ARE

Endeavor is a values-driven organization. We are looking for someone, who embodies...

  • Entrepreneur First: we passionately believe in the power of high-impact entrepreneurs to change the world for the better.
  • Go Big: our curiosity drives us to dream (and execute!) big. We are self-starters, who will roll up our sleeves to take our projects to the next level.
  • Network of Trust: we naturally build trust with anybody, from CTOs of cutting-edge startups to CEOs of established ventures.
  • Pay It Forward: we have a service-oriented attitude, asking “What can I do?” before asking “What can I get?”
  • One Endeavor: we thrive on working with colleagues in over 30 different countries around the world. We are collaborative and bridge builders.
  • Always Agile: we understand that it's the planning, not the plans, that matter and therefore we are not deterred by pivots or evolutions.

LOCATION & WORKING STYLE

  • Location: This is a fully remote position. Work from anywhere while connecting with colleagues and partners around the world.
  • Working Hours: Core collaboration hours are aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone (with flexibility). You’ll be expected to join team meetings and partner calls as needed.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (approximately 40 hours per week), offering flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting project goals and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, email marketing, or newsletter audience development, ideally within mission-driven or community-focused organizations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience growing newsletter audiences using multi-channel tactics (SEO, partnerships, and social media).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, uncover insights, and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth experimentation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for marketing campaigns and list management.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates or troubleshooting formatting issues.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or other project management tools for team collaboration.
  • Graphic design skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating or editing newsletter assets.
  • Hands-on experience with referral programs, lead magnets, or other newsletter growth hacks.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics for tracking multi-channel campaign performance and newsletter conversions.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to content marketing and newsletter sign-up growth.
  • Previous work in a global or cross-cultural organization, with experience collaborating remotely.

BENEFITS

  • Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere while collaborating with a mission-driven, globally distributed team. Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to do your best work—no office days required.
  • Competitive Salary: Receive a salary package that is commensurate with your experience and the impact you bring to the team.
  • Collaborative Global Environment: Work alongside an international team, collaborating with colleagues across multiple locations and the Endeavor Global network.
