The Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area in Somerville, Massachusetts is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. They will handle all guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Resolve complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
• Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
