Summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is in search of a friendly and knowledgeable  Concierge to join our  Guest Services team.

Concierge is responsible for answering questions, giving directions and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge in special requests.

The hourly rate range for this position is from $23.50 – $24.03/hour.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.
