We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Highway PD&E Project Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the flexibility of remote work or the option to work from one of our offices in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, or Orlando.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all phases of highway design and engineering projects, from planning and design to construction support.
Deliver exceptional results: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
Engineer of Record: Serve as the Engineer of Record for projects as needed.
Contribute to business growth: Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
Mentor and guide: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of relevant experience in highway design and engineering.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A passion for infrastructure development and a desire to contribute to the advancement of communities.
