Job Description

We're a leading infrastructure solutions firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Highway PD&E Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering successful projects for our clients while contributing to the growth of our business.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all phases of highway engineering projects, from planning and design to construction.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
Engineer of Record responsibilities, including design recommendations and calculations.
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
Actively participate in business development activities, including pursuing new projects and building client relationships.
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in highway engineering and project management.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
A passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Bonus Points:

Experience with government contracts and regulations.
PMP Certification.
Experience with ProfitKey ERP System.
