Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Highway PD&E Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead and deliver complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of our practice.

What You'll Do:

Plan, manage, and execute all phases of highway design and engineering projects.
Serve as the Engineer of Record on projects as needed.
Prepare detailed designs, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.
Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal development.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
What You'll Bring:

10+ years of relevant experience in highway engineering and design.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
