What are we looking for?
A self-motivated individual that values both their time and the environment around them, they are also physically fit. This individual has a clean safety conscious attitude looking to improve their career path in the landscape and horticulture industry. We are looking for individuals that bring their healthy coworker relationship to add to our company culture. This individual possesses excellent plant knowledge, planting techniques and has an artistic eye with extreme attention to detail in the work they perform. This individual shall have expert experience with equipment used in landscaping such as truck and trailer navigation, small hand and power tools and possess the ability to work independently alongside your team. This individual shall possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate and comprehend communication between management and clients.
