Location: 1260 Collings Dr., Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay Target: $25.00 per hour

Shift 1: Sunday - Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Shift 2: Sunday - Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Shift 3: Thursday - Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Shift 4: Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business. 

Employment Logistics:  

OnTrac Hostlers are responsible for safely positioning and maneuvering trailers to and from the dock. This position works closely with the yard team and Operations Management. If you enjoy driving and have any experience towing anything, this position might be right for you!

The Must-Haves: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred orone-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both 
• Minimum 1-year driving experience
• Class A CDL
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks 
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess aclean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening 
• Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 

Your Mission in Motion:

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment as outlined in the Company Safety Program 
• Properly pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT compliance standards 
• Correctly position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor 
• Switching trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility
• Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management
