Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of hotel operations, including Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Maintenance/Engineering, Human Resources, and Accounting.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget, reviewing financial performance with department managers monthly to ensure targets are met or exceeded without compromising service standards.
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style, cultivating a team that embodies our values of Passion, Creativity, and Style.
• Maintain a clear focus on guest satisfaction to create memorable experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensuring the hotel remains competitive and ahead in the industry.
• Drive operational efficiency, aiming for excellence in every aspect of the business.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of proven hospitality management experience, with expertise in all areas of hotel operations.
• A successful track record in full-service hotel general management, with experience in boutique inns or destination hotels preferred.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Proficiency in front office systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and other relevant software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for guest service excellence.
