Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized House Manager to oversee daily household operations and provide support for in-home care needs. The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring the home environment is safe, clean, and well-managed, while also coordinating care routines, schedules, and services. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance both household management and supportive care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily household operations (cleanliness, organization, supplies, scheduling).
Coordinate and monitor in-home care services, ensuring client’s needs are met.
Assist with light caregiving tasks (meal preparation, reminders for medication, companionship, errands, appointments).
Manage household budget, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Create and maintain schedules for household staff, caregivers, or service providers if applicable.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment.
Communicate regularly with family members, healthcare providers, or agencies regarding care updates and household needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in home management, caregiving, or related role strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to maintaining client dignity and comfort.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
