As our client’s HR Generalist , you’ll be at the intersection of strategy and people operations. You’ll be the go-to for all things HR, ensuring team members have the resources, support and culture they need to thrive. HR Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Administering benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and clarity for employees
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, compliance and performance management to foster a positive workplace
  • Leading initiatives to drive engagement, development and retention across the organization
  • Keeping HR operations smooth and compliant by maintaining meticulous records and staying ahead of labor laws and industry best practices
HR Generalist Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience with a solid understanding of HR policies, compliance and best practices
  • You’re a trusted partner who employees can turn to for support and guidance
  • When challenges arise, you’re the calm, proactive thinker who finds solutions
  • You don’t miss a beat when it comes to accuracy and organization
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a must (Paycom or similar preferred)
  • Your ability to connect with people at all levels makes you an asset to the team
