Lead employee onboarding to ensure smooth and welcoming transitions Ensure HR file compliance and maintain meticulous records Navigate employee and labor relations to foster positive interactions Manage employee resources and provide essential support Drive employee retention strategies and initiatives Oversee employee development programs to promote growth and advancement As a HR Manager, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: * Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. * Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. * Assists with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. * Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. * Conducts new-employee orientations * Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing. * Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. * Maintains company organization charts and employee directories. * Maintains compliance with required business postings. * Maintains OIG logs. * Maintains employee compliance per policy. * Manages Workman Compensation. * Assists with unemployment/employee file requests as needed. * Participates in QAPI for all departments. * Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. * Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. * Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. * Completes other assignments as requested and assigned. * Oversees The Interim Way Program. * Oversees employee recognition and celebrations. * Oversees Interim HealthCare Employee INDEX. * Assists with iPad inventory, assignments, collections, etc. Our HR Manager enjoy some notable benefits:
