Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources University Home Care is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As a part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and management processes. Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the training and development of employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
