RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:  

• Performs routine tasks required to accurately administer human resources programs (onboarding, off boarding, benefits enrollment, performance appraisals, paid time off, recruiting, etc.) according to established policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the HR team on employee engagement, special events, projects, etc. 
• Maintains/updates/audits employee digital records in various internal/external HR Systems and Platforms as directed.
• Strictly maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files, records, and employee related situations and information.
• Exemplifies and provides customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Pay depends on experience and skill level.

• Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, HRIS systems utilization skills, as well as the ability to learn and effectively use new systems applications/technologies.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer orientation – dependable, hands-on, hardworking, honest and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree in business and/or human resources or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP, and/or HRCI-PHR certifications required or willing to obtain.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, results-driven, detail oriented, takes initiative, personable, extroverted personality, well organized and dependable. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to complete complex work that requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, travel by way of commercial aircraft, occasionally lift 30 pounds, some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
