Job Description

We are currently hiring for an HR Coordinator to join our rapidly growing HR Consulting team. The HR Coordinator is a fully remote position that is responsible for a wide range of HR responsibilities including full life cycle recruiting, HR administration, On-boarding, and company policy and procedure.  The client that this position supports will require travel up to 25% of the time.

This position is heavily client interfacing and is responsible for building a strong relationship with our client.  We are looking for someone who has a get it done attitude, looking to grow their career in HR, a person who can look beyond a job description and prides themselves on superior customer service.  Experience in the government contracting space is highly desired.

Knowledge/Skills

• Ideally 2 or more years in an HR position.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field is required
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required
• Flexibility in schedule to respond to client requests on evening/weekends on an as-needed basis

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $40,000 - $55,000
