We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center!

St. Mary’s is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK.  St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years.  We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women’s Imaging, Wound Care, and more.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to Human Resources and Employee Health to include front office operations, process control and file maintenance (electronic and paper).  Serves as first point of contact through reception desk to visitors, applicants and staff either in person, phone or electronic communications.  Provides information and assistance for a broad range of HR related functions.  Assists with projects and processes as needed, such as scheduling appointments, generating reports, conducting onboarding appointments, data entry and maintenance in various systems.  Produces and manages employee IDs. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responds to employee inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.

  • Provides administrative support to include generating reports, preparing presentations, assembling data, creating and handling communications, distributing mail and assisting with projects.

  • Works with HR team on various projects to achieve stated goals and objectives of department

  • Maintains, monitors and reports compliance with all employee licenses, certifications and other required credentials.

  • Assists with Leave of Absence program by educating staff and managers regarding the program, processes required documentation and responds to leave vendor requests.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certificaiton preferred.
  • Strong oral andwritten communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. 
  • Pior experience in Human Resources in a healthcare setting is preferred. 
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
