Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and culture.

• Conduct research on best practices in HR and assist in policy development.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and eagerness to learn.
• Previous HR internships in L&D is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
