The Role
As Faro Health’s HR Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of the human resource strategies that fuel the short-term and long-term organizational priorities. This is a part-time position with the expectation of 25 hours per week.
Your Focus
You will be responsible for overseeing hiring, employee learning and development, employee performance assessment, compensation planning, HR operations, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the Controller. Additionally you will interact with the CEO regarding compensation and HR matters as needed.
