Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and innovation.
  • Oversee talent management programs, including DEI initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide expert guidance on policies and best practices.
  • Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing, performance, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry standards, and company policies (e.g., IATF, ISO, ISMS).
  • Lead engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in company culture and HR processes.
  • Manage HR operations, including team leadership, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, with leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards; automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
