Position Summary:

Power of Fitness Gym is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hybrid Data and Records Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, billing, and internal documents. This role supports both front-desk operations and back-office administrative functions, offering the flexibility to work on-site and remotely.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management:

Input and update member profiles, waivers, and payment information in the gym management system.

Maintain accurate class schedules, attendance logs, and trainer availability.

Record Keeping:

Organize, file, and archive digital and physical records, including contracts, incident reports, and billing documentation.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Administrative Support:

Assist with generating monthly reports (membership stats, renewals, cancellations, etc.).

Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate billing and payment tracking.

Support new member onboarding with document preparation and data entry.

Communication & Coordination:

Liaise with gym staff and trainers to ensure schedules and records are updated.

Respond to member inquiries related to accounts, classes, and records.

Compliance & Auditing:

Assist with regular audits of membership and payment data to ensure accuracy.

Help maintain compliance with legal and company recordkeeping standards.
