Position Overview:
The Inbound Call Center Agent will manage inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency. This role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Salary Range: $17.50 - $26.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Address concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a friendly manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience in every call.
Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s customer-focused ethos.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
