Our experienced, well respected, growing company at Otero Signature Homes is looking to expand and bring on another Interior Designer in Chagrin Falls, OH . What would be expected of you:

• Schedule and meet with clients to determine interior and exterior selections, budget, architectural preferences, purpose and function of the design.
• Review the pre-construction plan and schedule for all assigned jobs to ensure it is complete and up to date.
• Estimate selection materials and costs.
• Thoroughly complete Design Document, utilizes Checklist, and inputs all selection criteria into BuilderTrend.
• Assignment of all selection vendors related to the job in Buildertrend.
• Provide Field staff with up to date documents in Buildertrend, the server, and printed copies for field boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings and other materials to illustrate suggested design concepts utilizing Chief Architect, Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.

Qualifications:

• Interior Design degree required
• Previous interior design experience is required, and NCIDQ Certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required
• Competent computer skills with proficiency in CAD and other design software such as Chief Architect, Revit and/ or SketchUp required
