We are seeking an IT Help Desk Level 1 candidate with experience in using Active Directory and proficiency in computer imaging. The role involves setting up and configuring new computers and laptops, and requires knowledge in conducting basic troubleshooting for network and internet connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware issues, as well as configuring and resolving issues with web browser applications. Additionally, responsibilities include printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. A solid understanding of software installation is also essential for this position. The candidate must also be able to type at least 30 words per minute. This role is strictly in-person, not remote.
