Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, including backups and updates.
• Document and track IT issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the setup of new user accounts, network access, and other system configurations.
• Assist with the implementation of cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and other common software tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
