Located at Napleton Urbana Autopark, the IT Support Technician is responsible for all aspects of the maintenance of the Company’s computer systems. Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Provide remote and on-site server/workstation technical support.
• Assist team in monitoring ticketing queue and support requests.
• Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and any other related devices.
• Identify, report, and respond to potential cybersecurity threats.
• Open and follow up with tech support from vendors such as ISP, consultants, etc.

Job Requirements:

• 2 or 4+ year degree with IT related courses.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical employees.
• Certifications such as A+/ Network + / Microsoft are preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's license
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
