Job Title: IT Support Coordinator/ Help Desk

Reports to: IT Support Manager

Flexible Schedule a Must! Schedule varies.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Stockton, CA. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless technology operations across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and address support issues sent to IT support, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related issues over the phone and in person.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot company mobile phones and other mobile devices.
  • Install operating systems and user applications on desktop and laptop PCs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for PCs, clock systems, and
  • Microsoft-embedded OS configurations.
  • Implement and manage antivirus software to maintain network security.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of printers.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
  • Relocate users and hardware within the facility as needed.
  • Update equipment inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, wireless technologies, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with configuring and maintaining printers, antivirus software, and network devices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.

  • Weekend availability

Experience:

IT System Support: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
