What you'll do:

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
Take ownership of significant portions of the codebase and guide junior developers.
Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain new features and improve existing code.
Work with UI technologies to create user-friendly interfaces.
Implement J2EE concepts using industry-standard frameworks.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
What you'll bring to the table:

3-5 years of experience in software development using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating elegant and efficient code.
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus points:

Experience with building software for supply chain management.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
A strong understanding of software design patterns.
