We are looking for a Junior Security Administrator & Project Coordinator to join our Cottonwood Heights team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to meaningful IT projects. You'll work with modern cloud tools, coordinate IT initiatives, and support secure, efficient technology operations across our expanding network.

What You'll Do

• Administer endpoint devices and user identities using Microsoft Intune and Entra (Azure Active Directory).
• Support device compliance and security policies while resolving access issues.
• Conduct vendor security assessments based on internal compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate IT projects such as hardware deployments, network upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, track task progress, and communicate timelines.
• Provide on-site technology support and travel regionally (15–25%) for implementations and troubleshooting.
• Help manage accurate IT documentation and inventory.

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary depending on experience

Hours and Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k), PTO, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20–30% additional income to the pay range.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, security, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Entra (Azure AD) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic project coordination ability; capable of managing tasks and schedules.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work on-site.
