Law Clerk, 2nd or 3rd Year Law School Students Are you attending law school, and looking for courtroom action? We are a practice of 25 civil trial attorneys in the Hackensack, NJ area seeking to hire several 2nd or 3rd-year law students. A competitive salary is offered. Responsibilities:

• A strong desire to help clients;
• Willingness to be part of a winning team;
• Unique understanding of building and proving damage models;
• Legal intelligence in formulating case strategies;
• Good writing, organization, computer skills, and work ethic;
• Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies;
• Second language skills are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Must be attending your 2nd or 3rd year in Law school;
• Strong academic background;
• Past life experiences demonstrating character and commitment;
• Strong desire to learn the art of litigation from 12 certified civil trial attorneys;
• Willingness to learn and be trained in client intake, advice, discovery, interrogatory preparation, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, and second seating experienced lawyers at trials.
