Our client is seeking a Licencsed Professional (LSW) in Middlesex County, NJ.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide counseling treatment
* Completes all documentation including but not limited to; diagnosis, clinical assessments, therapy notes,
treatment plan, strengths and needs, collateral letters, admission and discharge assessments within
Electronic Health Record.
* Facilitate individual or group therapies in home with youth and families
* Conducts treatment plans for individual, group, or family settings while assuming responsibilities for case management
* Schedule intakes and appointments in a timely fashion
* Provide ongoing assesments for for saftey risks and utilize interventions to mitigate saftey issues
* Provides Psycho-education on harm reduction

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Master’s in Social Work, or equivalent field. LSW, LAC,or state licensure/certification specific to degree.
* Experience with diverse populations in Behavioral/ Mental Health.
* Knowledge of Psychiatric Disorders and various treatment modalities.
* Must have a NJ Drivers License
