Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe and building a new, emerging business to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing not just Amazon, but the entire transportation industry.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Product Marketing Manager to help grow a new start-up transportation business. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker that can develop marketing plans that engage our audiences in new and unexpected ways. In this role, you'll build and execute scalable marketing plans that grow adoption of new features as well as develop customer advocates who are excited to share the Amazon Shipping story in their own voice. On this journey, you’ll grow foundational Product Marketing skills and gain unique experiences that will shape the next steps of your career.

Key job responsibilities
• Grow adoption of new features and capabilities through campaigns and sales enablement.
• Partner closely across the Marketing team to integrate new feature and capability messages into existing acquisition and engagement programs.
• Grow customer onboarding success and satisfaction through engaging lifecycle programs and content.
• Develop customer advocates who will tell the Amazon Shipping story in their on voice.
• Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify target reference customers.
• Draft case studies and testimonials with support from Marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Work with internal and external creative agencies to produce video testimonials.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience writing customer facing content (copy, blogs, case studies, etc.)
