Job Location:
We are open to remote candidates residing in California, though if working remotely, you will be required to visit the office only 1-2 times per month. We welcome candidates with at least one year of California employment law experience, but we are particularly interested in senior-level talent. We are also open to hiring both mid-level and senior supervisory attorneys.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $140,000 - $275,000 per year (Top earners can reach mid-to-high six-figure earnings, with potential earnings exceeding $600,000+).
Additional Compensation: Opportunity to earn a percentage of the firm's recovery on cases handled.

Position Summary:
We are seeking talented and driven Litigation Attorneys at various levels (junior to senior) to join our growing team focused on Employment Law, including PAGA, FEHA, and Class Action cases. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in labor and employment law, particularly one with leadership experience and a desire to fight employer misconduct. You will manage your own caseload, independently navigating all stages of the litigation process, while providing leadership to a team when applicable.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Caseload: Independently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring efficient and effective handling of each case.
For Senior / Lead Attorneys: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants. Help foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment. As a senior attorney, you may supervise up to 3 associate attorneys, depending on your ability to manage commission-based work.
Legal Practice and Litigation: Draft or supervise the preparation of compelling motions and arguments to advance litigation, including motions for remand, opposition to motions to compel arbitration, discovery motions, and class certification motions.
Develop Legal Strategies: Create and execute effective strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
Conduct Depositions and Conferences: Take depositions, lead meet-and-confer sessions, and manage case progress to advance your clients' objectives.
Mediation and Negotiations: Prepare for and participate in mediations and assist in negotiations to settle employment disputes, whether on a class-wide or individual basis.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
At least one year of experience as a California attorney specializing in labor and employment law (PAGA, FEHA) and/or class action litigation.
Strong analytical and research skills, with a creative and strategic approach to legal challenges.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple complex cases simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in litigation and client advisement.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
