Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide the best support.
• Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to help improve service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in live chat support.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Salary info:

$25 - $30 / hr
