As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee supply chain activities and transportation logistics, making sure shipments are processed and delivered accurately and promptly. You'll maintain open lines of communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure expectations are met and timelines are followed. This role involves managing inventory levels, confirming deliveries, and preparing essential documentation such as shipping papers, invoices, and customs forms. Booking transportation services across various modes—whether freight, trucking, or couriers—will also fall within your scope of responsibilities. When issues arise, you will proactively resolve delays or inventory discrepancies while maintaining compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. You’ll use logistics software to track shipments, generate reports, and work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to improve overall workflow efficiency.
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, with preference given to those holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. We’re looking for someone who excels in communication, is highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes, experience using ERP or warehouse management systems, and the ability to analyze logistics data to support decision-making are considered strong advantages.
