Avi & Co. is one of the most trusted retailers in New York City for pre-owned and unworn luxury watches and we have recently expanded to Aspen, CO! We carry a remarkable selection of luxury watches from some of the world’s most renowned watch brands, including Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, and more. We put the customer experience above all else to create a watch-buying experience like no other. We have a luxurious private showroom in New York’s Diamond District, a luxurious showroom in Miami, and a showroom in Aspen, Colorado as well as a robust e-commerce platform to cater to domestic and international clients.

This role is best suited for a self-motivated sales closer with a desire for high earnings!

Primary Responsibilities:

(Included but not limited to)

• Deliver luxury-oriented customer service.
• Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches.
• Provide information about the products and services to our prospective clients.
• Answer client questions and suggestively sell products via product recommendations.
• Answer many emails daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about brands' websites, products, and brands' policies.
• Listen well, ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand your client’s needs, and engage in digital Q&A and conversations.
• Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skills.
• Present all offers to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates are shrewd negotiators and do not mind working odd hours.
• Stay on top of product knowledge.
• Technological savvy - able to navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens.
• Highly organized and able to quickly shift between priority tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, extraordinary skills in customer service (High Touch), and proven ability to handle sensitive situations deftly.
• Ability to adapt and quickly change the course of action.
• Excellent written communication skills, as well as impeccable grammar and punctuation.
• Open to receiving feedback, coaching, and constructive criticism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment, while remaining positive.
• Basic computer skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $45,000-$70,000 + Competitive Commission.

Shift:  

• 8-hour shift.

Hours of Operation:

• Sunday - Friday (10:30 am - 6:30 pm).
