Are you a Production Supervisor who would like to work for a stable medical device manufacturer and play an integral role in a company that manufactures products that are used to enhance people’s lives? General Accountabilities in this Role:

• Supervise and develop employees in the Technical Assembly department.
• Oversee and direct all daily production activities of the Assembly department.
• Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity goals of the department.
• Assist with hiring of and ensure quality training of new employees.
• Communicate with managers, engineers, production personnel or others to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• A minimum of 3 years related leadership manufacturing experience
• Proficient in MS Office software 
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills
