Job Description

As a Remote Marketing Event Coordinator for Travel, you will support the organization and promotion of travel-related events, virtual experiences, and webinars to attract new clients and engage existing ones. This role is ideal for someone entering the travel industry with a passion for event coordination, marketing, and client engagement. You will play a key part in coordinating events that highlight travel offerings, helping clients learn about new destinations, exclusive packages, and travel planning tips.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and promote virtual travel events, webinars, and informational sessions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute event materials, including social media posts, emails, and promotional content
  • Coordinate with guest speakers, industry partners, and travel advisors to ensure successful event execution
  • Respond to attendee inquiries, providing information on event details and registration
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups, gathering feedback to improve future events
  • Track attendance and engagement metrics, and use this data to drive marketing strategies
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing event attendance and client engagement

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Interest in the travel industry and engaging with clients
  • No prior experience in travel is necessary—training will be provided
