Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving demand generation and managing multi-channel campaigns. You'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies across different platforms and collaborating closely with the sales team and senior leadership. We're looking for a candidate with experience in performance marketing, CRM tools like HubSpot, and a passion for creating engaging marketing strategies that produce measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns focused on lead and demand generation.
Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automated and structured initiatives.
Oversee e-commerce marketing efforts, partnering with platforms like Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon, with a focus on data and analysis.
Utilize HubSpot to manage the marketing pipeline, while collaborating with the sales team on Salesforce transitions.
Continuously optimize the website through A/B testing and performance improvements.
Lead public relations efforts, including trade show coordination and award submissions.
Work with general managers across locations to tailor local marketing strategies and promotions.
Contribute to generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other demand-generation channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience.
Strong background in performance marketing and general marketing strategies.
Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing pipelines and campaign management.
Experience with content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $135,000 base salary + performance-based bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
