Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - Remote & Ellicott City, MD)

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work alongside the Area Representative to execute marketing campaigns, track performance, and enhance brand visibility. Your contributions will play a key role in driving engagement and ensuring our marketing efforts are strategic, data-driven, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the Area Representative's website and Google Business Profile.
Oversee email marketing efforts, including database management, email content creation, and performance reporting.
Maintain and optimize marketing tools and resources.
Track and analyze marketing initiatives to measure return on investment (ROI).
Assist in executing tactical marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging blog content to attract and convert our target audience.
Utilize design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing materials.
Manage local business listings and online reputation platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Coordinate print orders and advertising with third-party vendors.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a marketing role).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
