Position Overview:

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and organized Medical Spa Receptionist Specialized in Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations while ensuring a seamless and edicational experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for clients through phone, email, and text.

- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services, packages, and promotions.

- Check-In & Check-Out: Welcome clients upon arrival, ensure all necessary forms are completed, and process payments efficiently.

- Gift Shop Oversight: Maintain the organization and inventory of the gift shop, assist clients with purchases, and restock as needed.

- Sales: Educate clients about our services, packages, and memberships to encourage bookings. Assist with selling packages and memberships, with the potential to earn commission on sales.

- Administrative Duties: Keep records updated, ensure proper filing of client forms, and maintain a clean and professional front desk area.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or medical setting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., email, Microsoft Office).

- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.

- Sales experience is a plus.
