Position Overview:
This is a remote, contract-based position offering the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide expert counseling services, helping individuals achieve greater well-being and navigate their mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the needs of patients and deliver compassionate, effective counseling to support their mental health and personal growth.
Collaborate with patients to create tailored treatment plans that promote positive change and goal achievement.
Be prepared to provide crisis management support when necessary, offering comfort and solutions during challenging times.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, ensuring continuity of care.
Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring holistic and comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications:

Active Mental Health Therapist license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Idaho (ID). Additional licensure in WA, TX, CA, UT, or NM is a plus.
A Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
Proven experience and understanding of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and build trust with patients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
Access to a reliable computer with a webcam, audio capabilities, and a stable internet connection.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 72,119.00 Per Year
