We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer with expertise in PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Development, UI/UX, and Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and user experiences across various platforms.
Full-Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies.
PowerApps & Power BI: Design and implement custom PowerApps solutions and interactive Power BI dashboards to drive business insights.
SharePoint Development: Build and enhance SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and integrations to improve collaboration and productivity.
UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across applications.
Microsoft Dynamics Integration: Work with MS Dynamics 365 to develop and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
Agile Development: Participate in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
Process Automation & Efficiency: Leverage Power Automate to create workflow automations that enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document development processes, best practices, and technical guidelines.
3-5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a Microsoft-based environment.
Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Development, and MS Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in front-end and back-end development using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, .NET, and SQL.
Experience designing and implementing user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations with third-party services.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience developing applications for government, enterprise, or non-profit organizations.
