We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Mortgage Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Officer, you'll play a crucial role in guiding borrowers through the exciting journey of securing a mortgage. You'll be the expert they rely on, helping them navigate the complexities of the lending process and find the perfect loan solution to fit their unique needs.
What You'll Do:
Connect with potential borrowers, building rapport and understanding their financial goals.
Analyze customers' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
Excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and files efficiently.
Handle incoming leads and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Structure and price loans accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient loan closings.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in loan origination (call center experience is a plus!).
Solid understanding of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
Current relevant license(s).
Additional state licenses are a plus.
